Kenpachi stands between the posts to command the area. The defensive unit forms a back five to ensure maximum coverage. Trol acts as the central pillar to win headers and clear the lines. Beside him, Bosinn and Akuu sit as the remaining center backs to cover the space behind the wing backs. Lani and Shanks operate as the wide defenders, pushing up to provide width when needed but mostly dropping back to maintain a narrow defensive block.

The midfield operates in a flat line of four to squeeze the space between the lines. JamaiconBacon and TanNinja sit in the central roles to shield the defense and recycle possession. They must track back to help the defenders when the team sits deep. Luca and Flawless provide the width in the middle third, looking to carry the ball forward or deliver crosses once the team wins the ball. This group works to compress the midfield and deny the opponent any easy passes through the center.

Up front, Aidn plays as a lone striker to lead the line. He must press the opposition back line to force long balls and then hold up the ball to allow the rest of the team to move up the pitch. Because PSG plays with such a heavy defensive focus, Aidn often has to fight for second balls and work alone against the defenders. When the team transitions, the wingers Luca and Flawless look to spread wide to stretch the defense, while the wing backs Shanks and Lani try to overlap to create numbers in the final third.

A major strength for PSG is the compactness when defending in a low block. By keeping the distances between the five defenders and the four midfielders small, they make it hard for opponents to find passing lanes. Another advantage is the speed of transition.
