Starting Lineup

Tahiry · Henry · V.cent · Eddy · Christian · Erossin · Josy · Rodin · Jackson · Syrano · Faly

FC Bayern aims to control games through high intensity and proactive play, utilizing a 4-3-3 formation. This lineup is built to win the ball back high up the pitch and use quick verticality to catch opponents out of position. The team looks to dominate through heavy pressing and rapid ball movement.

Faly operates between the posts to organize the defensive unit. The back line stays as a flat back four that can step up to set the offside trap. Henry acts as a ball playing defender on the right, while V.cent provides coverage on the left. Tahiry and Eddy function as overlapping full backs, pushing high to provide width during attacking phases. This allows the central defenders to hold the line and defend zonally when the team sits in a mid-block.

A three-man midfield provides the engine for FC Bayern. Christian acts as the single pivot to shield the defence and recycle possession. Erossin and Josy play as inverted eights, operating in the half-spaces to connect the defensive and attacking lines. Erossin works to drive forward with the ball, while Josy looks to arrive late into the box to support the attack. This group works to compress the midfield and win the second ball.

The attacking front three focuses on stretching the defence. Syrano and Jackson act as wide wingers who hug the touchline to create space in the middle. Jackson looks to cut inside to find shooting lanes, while Syrano attempts to beat his marker to get to the byline. Rodin plays as a pressing centre-forward, working to pin the last defender and hold up the ball for the runners. The goal is to create runs in behind and find the feet of the striker through quick combinations.

The formation offers several tactical advantages. The team can create wide overloads from overlapping full backs which pull the opposition defenders out of position. There is also the ability to press high in coordinated waves to force a long ball from the opponent. This creates many opportunities to win the ball back in dangerous areas.

This 4-3-3 setup is a high pressure system designed to dominate the ball and attack with numbers. It is best suited for games against teams that play a low block or struggle to play out from the back.
