UPI starts in goal to oversee the defensive unit. The back line operates as a flat back four with TEGUH acting as the right back to provide width and cover the flank. RAIK plays at left back to help balance the defensive side. In the center, Zaki and ABI form the heart of the defence, where Zaki acts as a dominant presence in the air while ABI focuses on covering space and tracking runs. This unit must remain disciplined to prevent being exposed during transitions.

The midfield functions as a double pivot consisting of GIO and QIANU. These two players are responsible for shielding the defence and winning the second ball in the center of the pitch. GIO works to drive forward with the ball to link the lines, while QIANU stays closer to the defensive block to intercept passes. Their main job is to recycle possession and ensure the ball moves from the back four to the heavy attacking force ahead.

In the attacking phase, Real Madrid employs four players across the front line to stretch the defence. GHIFARI operates as a wide winger on the left, while KIA plays as an inverted winger on the right to cut inside and create chances. BERWIN and FATHAH work as a partnership in the center, acting as two forwards who press the opposition back line. This setup relies on rapid movement to create runs in behind and pull defenders out of position through combination play.

This formation offers significant tactical advantages, particularly the ability to create wide overloads and overwhelm the opponent in the attacking third. By having four attackers, the team can pin the last defender and force the opposition to defend deep.
