Sparta Praha aims to control the tempo through high intensity and direct play in a 3-4-3. This formation is built to press opponents high up the pitch and create quick attacking chances in the final third. By using a wide attacking front, the team looks to stretch the opposition and exploit spaces between the lines.

Heerkens stays between the posts to organize the defensive unit. A back three forms the base of the lineup, consisting of Sørensen, Ševinský, and Uchenna. Sørensen acts as the left centre back to cover the wide area, while Uchenna provides presence on the right side of the central group. Ševinský sits in the middle to command the area and win headers. This defensive unit can shift to a mid-block or push up to squeeze the space when the team wins the ball back.

The midfield functions with a central pairing of Kairinen and Laci who connect the defensive line to the attack. Kairinen works to win the second ball and transition the play forward, while Laci provides stability in the middle. On the flanks, Suchomel and Ryneš act as wide midfielders to provide width and support the back three. Suchomel operates on the left to help overlap, whereas Ryneš occupies the right side to track back and protect the wide areas.

Up front, Sparta Praha utilizes three attackers to pin the opposition defense. Haraslín and Birmančević operate as wide forwards who look to cut inside and create chances. Kuchta acts as the central striker to hold up the ball and find the feet of his teammates. The front line is tasked to press from the front, forcing long balls from the opposition. This attacking setup creates constant threat through runs in behind and quick combinations in the half spaces.

One major strength for Sparta Praha is the ability to press high in coordinated waves with the front three and the wide midfielders. This creates heavy pressure that can force turnovers in dangerous areas. Another advantage is the width provided by Suchomel and Ryneš, which allows the team to stretch the defence and create one on one situations for the wingers.

This 3-4-3 formation relies on high energy and vertical movement to dominate games. It is best suited for matches against teams that struggle to play out from the back under intense pressure.
