Ferencváros focuses on a direct and vertical style of play through a 5-3-2 formation. This lineup is built to absorb pressure and use the strength of the front two to strike quickly. The team aims to play with heavy intensity when winning the ball to catch opponents off guard.

Dibusz stays between the posts to command his area. The defensive unit operates as a back five with Maiga acting as the central anchor. The wing backs, Zachariassen on the right and Ramirez on the left, are tasked with providing width and tracking back to form a solid line when defending deep. This defensive block remains compact to deny space between the lines.

The midfield features a three man unit that connects the back line to the attack. Keita and Tóth work as the central engines to protect the defence and win the second ball. Abu Fani plays in the advanced role to drive forward and link the play into the final third. This trio works to squeeze the space in the middle of the pitch and ensure the team is not bypassed easily through the center.

Ferencváros utilizes two forwards in a partnership to lead the line. Pešić and Varga operate as the two central attackers, often working in combinations to pull defenders out of position.
