Alvin and Ply must work hard to shield the back four and recover the ball in the middle of the pitch. They are responsible for winning the second ball and recycling possession to start the next attack. These two players connect the defensive unit to the front four, often having to cover large amounts of ground to stop counter attacks.

The attacking line is extremely aggressive, featuring four players pushed high up the pitch. JD and Guru operate as wide wingers, with JD on the right and Guru on the left. Both JD and Guru look to spread wide and push the opposition full backs back. In the center, Care and Devy play as a pair of forwards. Care and Devy work to pin the last defender and make runs in behind to exploit any gaps. This front four is designed to press from the front, forcing the opposition to play long balls and creating chances through quick combinations in the final third.

One major advantage of this formation is the ability to create wide overloads when the wingers and full backs work together. The presence of four attackers also allows for intense pressure in the opposition half, making it difficult for them to build play from the back.
