Starting Lineup

Shakur · Suygetsu · Vila · Synx · Scarz · Dyal · Kai · Niko · Renkicito · Toto · Aidn

Inter relies on a vertical and aggressive style of play built around a 4-2-4 formation. This lineup is designed to overwhelm the opposition through high volume attacking and quick transitions. By committing many bodies forward, Inter looks to win the ball back high up the pitch and strike before the opponent can settle.

Shakur stays between the posts to organize the defensive line. The back four features Scarz as the right back and Synx at left back, both tasked with managing the wide areas. In the center, Vila and Suygetsu operate as the two central defenders. They must stay disciplined to avoid being caught out when the team pushes up, with Vila and Suygetsu ready to cover space and win headers during defensive transitions.

The midfield operates with two central players who must manage the massive gap between the defense and the attack. Dyal sits in a deeper role to shield the back four and protect the center of the pitch. Kai plays as the advanced midfielder, tasked to connect the defensive unit with the frontline and drive the ball forward. This duo must work hard to intercept passes and recycle possession to keep the pressure on the opponent.

The attacking unit is extremely potent with four players positioned to punish the defense. Renkicito and Niko lead the line as a two-man striking partnership, looking to exploit space and find the back of the net. On the flanks, Aidn and Toto act as wide attackers to stretch the defense. Aidn and Toto look to cut inside or find space to deliver balls, while the two forwards focus on runs in behind or link-up play to break the lines of the opposition.

One major advantage of this formation is the ability to create overwhelming numbers in the final third. The heavy presence of Renkicito, Niko, Aidn, and Toto forces the opposing center backs into constant pressure. Additionally, the team can use the width of the pitch to isolate defenders in one on one situations. This high density of attackers makes it difficult for opponents to maintain a compact shape without being stretched.

This 4-2-4 formation is a high risk, high reward system focused on direct attacking play. It is best suited for games where Inter needs to chase a result against a team that sits deep.
