This formation is built to play a high tempo game where the team wins it back high up the pitch to catch the opposition out of position. The lineup relies on quick transitions and aggressive verticality to move the ball forward.
Kenny starts between the posts to organize the defense. The back line functions as a flat back four that looks to push up and squeeze the space. Daniel and Calebsito act as the central defenders, with Daniel tasked to be dominant in the air and Calebsito providing cover behind the high line. Alesis and Castro play as attacking full backs, ready to overlap the winger to create width. The defensive unit works to hold a high line and use the offside trap to keep the opposition from playing through the lines.
The midfield functions with a three-man midfield with a carrier. Dilan plays as the deep-lying playmaker to recycle possession and help play out from the back. Ahilan works alongside him to drive forward with the ball and connect the defensive and attacking lines. Jerónimo operates as an attacking ten behind the striker, looking to find the feet of the striker or arrive late into the box. This midfield unit is designed to win the second ball and protect the center of the pitch.
In the final third, FC Bayern uses three attackers across the front. Julio acts as a pressing centre-forward to disrupt the opposition back line. M.valencia and Jorge operate as inverted wingers who cut inside to create central presence. This movement allows the full backs, Alesis and Castro, to provide the width and whip it in towards the goal. The team attacks in combinations to split the defence with a through ball or pull wide to isolate a one on one wide.
One major tactical advantage is the ability to press high in coordinated waves to force a long ball from the opponent. The team also finds success through wide overloads when the full backs overlap the winger. By using Jerónimo to play between the lines, the formation creates numerical superiority in the attacking third.
This 4-3-3 formation provides a heavy attacking presence and high pressing intensity. It is best suited for games against teams that struggle to play out from the back or cannot handle sustained pressure.
