This front line presses from the front to force a long ball from the opposition and creates runs in behind to exploit gaps.

This formation offers Roma several tactical advantages. The presence of Hummels provides stability to win headers and clear the lines during pressure. Having Dszudszak and Tabanou allows for wide overloads when they overlap the wingers.
