NICO WILLIAMS operates on the left to provide width, while TRENT plays on the right to switch play and whip it in from the flanks.

The front line uses a partnership of two forwards with MBAPPE and GYOKERES. MBAPPE plays as the left striker and looks to cut inside to attack the near post. GYOKERES acts as the right striker to hold up the ball and link up play between the lines. They press the opposition back line to force a long ball and win the second ball. This movement creates space for others to make runs in behind or arrive late into the box.
