Tudor · Bibire (Maftei) · Steluta (Gabi) · Constantin (Gabi) · Dadu (Tiba) · Cozma · Dragos · Radu · Dascalu (Edi) · Jitaru · Farcas

FCSB looks to control the tempo through high pressing and quick transitions in a 4-3-3. This lineup aims to win the ball high up the pitch and move the play forward with speed. The goal is to squeeze the space in the opposition half and create constant pressure to force turnovers.

Tudor operates between the posts to organize the back line. The defense sits in a flat back four where Dadu plays as a right back to provide width. Bibire acts as the left back, while Steluta and Constantin form the central pair. Steluta and Constantin must hold the line and cover for one another to prevent runs in behind. The defensive unit works to keep the lines tight and force the play wide.

The midfield contains a three man unit with a specific distribution of roles. Radu and Cozma work in the central areas to control the middle, while Dragos plays as an attacking ten behind the striker. Radu and Cozma link the defense to the attack, with one often dropping to help the center backs while the other carries the ball forward. Dragos looks to find pockets of space to play through the lines and connect with the front three.

FCSB uses three attackers to stretch the opposition defense. Dascalu acts as the lone striker, playing to hold up the ball and find teammates. Farcas and Jitaru operate as wide wingers, with Jitaru looking to cut inside and Farcas to stretch the play. This front three works to press the opposition back line, looking to win the ball back high. They use combinations to break the lines and create chances through quick passing and runs in behind.

This formation offers several tactical advantages. The presence of Dragos creates numerical superiority in the attacking third, allowing the team to overload the central areas. The high press from Dascalu, Farcas, and Jitaru allows FCSB to win the ball back high up the pitch. Additionally, the width provided by Dadu and Bibire creates opportunities to switch play and isolate wide players in one on one situations.

This 4-3-3 focuses on aggressive pressing and rapid vertical movement. It is best suited for matches where the team can dominate possession and squeeze the opponent in their own half.
