Because the team uses only two men in the back, they must play a high line to compress the space. Walker and Nvckk must be ready to cover wide areas and intercept long balls to prevent being caught on the break.

The midfield is a dense five man unit designed to overwhelm the opponent. Zealous operates as a single pivot, sitting just ahead of the back two to shield the defense and collect from the center backs. Ahead of him, Taylor and Carlos work as inverted eights to control the half spaces, while Atkin provides a central presence to recycle possession. Woodsy plays as an attacking ten, finding pockets of space to create chances. This group helps PSG progress through the thirds by creating passing lanes and moving the ball quickly.

In the final third, the team employs three attackers to stretch the defense. Cole and Sezca act as wide wingers, staying high to pull the opposition full backs wide and create space in the middle. Norton operates as a pressing centre forward, leading the charge to force long balls from the opposition. The front three work in combinations to hit in behind on the transition, using quick passes to break the line of the opposition defense.
