Vorskla Football Formation
Starting Lineup
Кочергин (1) · Здоренко (6) · Скопинцев (31) · Ильяс (10) · Чеба (222) · Чепа (2) · Миколаюк (4) · Лысенко (7) · Криль (11) · Лукашук (22) · Сушков (14)Vorskla relies on a high press and rapid transitions to unsettle opponents in this 4-3-3 formation. This lineup is built to win the ball high up the pitch and use quick vertical movements to exploit gaps in the opposition defense. The team looks to play with intensity, using high energy to keep the ball in the final third.
Кочергин guards the goal and acts as the first point of distribution for the back line. Vorskla maintains a flat back four where Ильяс works as a right back and Чеба operates as a left back. The central defenders, Скопинцев and Здоренко, focus on defending zonally to maintain the defensive line. Ильяс and Чеба are expected to push up to support the attack, while Скопинцев and Здоренко hold the line to prevent runs in behind.
The midfield uses a three man midfield with a carrier and an attacking ten. Чепа and Миколаюк occupy the central areas to protect the defense and connect the lines. Лысенко plays as the attacking ten behind the striker, looking to find space between the lines and play through the lines. Чепа works to shield the defense while Лысенко looks to arrive late into the box to score. Миколаюк helps to recycle possession and provides balance when the full backs push high.
The attacking unit features three attackers across the front. Лукашук plays as a pressing centre-forward to pin the last defender and lead the hunt for the ball. On the flanks, Криль and Сушков act as wide wingers who stay wide to stretch the defence. Криль and Сушков look to cut inside to create goal scoring chances or deliver crosses into the box. The movement of Лукашук is designed to create space for Лысенко to operate in the hole.
A major strength for Vorskla is the ability to press high in coordinated waves to force mistakes. The formation also provides wide overloads when Чеба and Ильяс overlap the winger. This creates many one on one situations for Криль and Сушков to exploit.
This 4-3-3 formation prioritizes high intensity and quick verticality in the attacking phase. It is best suited for matches against teams that struggle to play out from the back under heavy pressure.
