This defensive unit stays compact to deny the turn to attackers and uses the wide defenders to squeeze the space on the flanks.

The midfield uses a two-man central pairing to control the center of the pitch. Bey acts as one of the central midfielders, helping to shield the defense and recycle possession when the team needs to slow the tempo. CAM plays as the other central midfielder, looking to carry the ball forward and connect the defensive line to the attack. This duo must work hard to win the second ball and ensure they do not get bypassed by opposition playmakers.

In the attacking phase, Preston utilizes three attackers to stretch the defense. Join leads the line as the striker, looking to find the feet of the midfielders or run in behind the last defender.
