HANCKO and GATTI act as the wide centre backs, ready to cover the channels or step up to intercept passes. The unit holds a high line to squeeze the space and trap opponents.

The midfield uses a four man lineup to control the center. LOCATELLI acts as a deep lying playmaker to recycle possession and use his passing range to find teammates. THURAM plays as a carrier to drive forward with the ball and link the defense to the attack. CAMBIASO and DODO provide the width on the flanks. CAMBIASO is ready to overlap the winger to create numbers in the final third, while DODO must track back to maintain a compact block.

Up front, three attackers task themselves with pressing the opposition back line. DAVID functions as the lone striker, tasked to hold up the ball and find the feet of his teammates. YILDIZ and SANCHO play as inverted wingers who cut inside to threaten the goal. YILDIZ uses his dribbling to move past defenders, and SANCHO relies on his close control to operate in tight spaces. They look to play one two combinations to split the defense with a through ball.

A key tactical strength for Juventus is the ability to press in coordinated waves. With YILDIZ, SANCHO, and DAVID pressing from the front, the team can trigger a press in the midfield. This creates a massive advantage in winning the ball high up the pitch. Additionally, the team creates wide overloads when the wide midfielders push forward, allowing the wingers to move into central areas and isolate defenders in one on one situations.
