The attack features a two-man partnership consisting of a left striker and a right striker. Rather than hugging the touchline, these two forwards focus on central presence and link-up play between the lines. They work to pin the last defender and create space for the attacking midfielder to operate. When the team wins the ball, the strikers look to hit in behind on the transition or hold up the ball to allow the midfield to join the attack.
