Starting Lineup

Reee · Prayers · Throat · Parents · Freddie · Campbell · Roads roads · Kayden · H Terry Henry · Vera Vera · Autumn,

Arsenal play with a heavy emphasis on high pressing and verticality through a 3-5-2 formation. This lineup aims to win the ball back high up the pitch and use quick transitions to hurt the opposition. The team relies on a compact central core to control the tempo before looking to break the line with direct passes.

Autumn plays between the posts to organize the back three. The defensive unit sits in a high line where Campbell acts as the central anchor to win the header and clear the lines. Freddie operates as the left wide centre back to cover the space when the midfield pushes up, while Vera Vera provides cover on the right. This three man unit works to squeeze the space and set the offside trap to prevent long balls behind them.

The midfield is a dense five man block designed to dominate the center of the pitch. Reee and Kayden act as a double pivot to shield the defence and recycle possession. In front of them, Throat and H Terry Henry operate as central midfielders who press aggressively to win it back high up the pitch. Parents plays as the right sided central midfielder to connect the defensive and attacking lines, often carrying the ball forward to link play.

Arsenal use two forwards in a partnership to stretch the defence. Prayers leads the line as the left striker, while Roads roads plays as the right striker to provide constant runs in behind. They press from the front to force a long ball from the opposition. When the team wins the ball, the forwards look to find the feet of the striker or make runs into the box to finish cutbacks from the wide areas.

A major strength for Arsenal is the numerical superiority in midfield which allows them to control the middle third. This formation also allows for a high press in coordinated waves to win the ball back quickly. The central density makes it very difficult for opponents to play through the lines, forcing them to play wide where they can be easily contained.

This 3-5-2 formation is built to dominate the center of the pitch through intense pressure. It is best suited for games against teams that try to play out from the back and struggle under high intensity.
