Up front, XZV and Null operate as a partnership of two forwards. They press from the front to disrupt the opposition build up. XZV often holds up the ball to allow others to join the attack, while Null makes runs in behind to exploit the space in transition. This combination allows Algeria to play through the lines using quick one-two movements. They look to isolate a one-on-one wide when the ball moves to the flanks.
