B.Guimarães looks to drive forward with the ball to link the play, and Paquetá uses his passing range to create chances. This midfield group works to recycle possession and ensure the team maintains control through the middle.

In the final third, Brazil uses three attackers to stretch the defence. Richarlison acts as a pressing centre forward to force a long ball from the opposition. Raphinha and M.Cunha play as wide attackers who often cut inside to find space in the box. Raphinha looks to isolate a one on one wide, while M.Cunha works to pull wide and then enter the penalty area. The forwards aim to link up play between the lines to find Richarlison in central areas.

This formation offers significant numerical superiority in midfield, making it hard for opponents to play through the center. The wide players and the five man midfield allow Brazil to create wide overloads and win the ball back high up the pitch.
