The attack features a heavy front line of four players. Boniface and Schick work in a central partnership where Boniface can hold up the ball to lay it off for his teammates. Schick looks to make runs in behind the defense to exploit gaps. Echeverri and Terrier provide the necessary width by staying wide. Echeverri can pull wide to deliver a cross while Terrier looks to cut inside and arrive late into the box to score.

One major advantage of this formation is the ability to create wide overloads. By pushing Grimaldo and the wingers forward, the team can pin the last defender and create space in the middle.
