All Boys Football Formation
Starting Lineup
D.M (SIFAT) · Md (Sahakil) · Rs (Nayon) · Emon (A) · S (Sahun) · H (Hamja) · M (Mamu) · H (Hamim) · S (Soumiro) · A (Abdula) · R (Rifat)All Boys look to win the ball back high up the pitch using a 3-4-3 formation. This lineup focuses on verticality and aggressive pressing to catch opponents out of position. The intention is to use heavy pressure in the final third to force errors and strike quickly.
M stays between the posts to guard the net while the back line operates as a three man unit. S, H, and Rs form the central defensive block. S and H act as the wide centre backs to provide cover when the team pushes up, while Rs stays central to anchor the defense. This unit can sit deep or step up to maintain a high line, ensuring the space between the defense and midfield stays tight.
The midfield setup relies on a three man central group of R, S, and H to control the center of the park. Emon plays as an attacking ten behind the striker to connect the lines and find space between the opposition ranks. R and H work to win the second ball and carry the ball forward, while S helps to shield the back three and recycle possession. This group works to compress the midfield and deny the turn to opposing players.
In the attacking phase, the team uses three attackers to stretch the opposition. A and Md act as wide wingers who look to cut inside and create chances, while D.M plays as a lone striker to lead the line. The forwards press from the front to force a long ball from the opponent. This setup allows for quick combinations where A or Md can overlap the striker or deliver early crosses into the box.
One major strength of All Boys is the ability to press high in coordinated waves, making it difficult for opponents to play out from the back. The formation also provides numerical superiority in the central areas when Emon and the midfielders push forward. This creates chances to split the defence with a through ball or exploit the space behind a high defensive line.
The 3-4-3 formation is a high risk, high reward system built for aggressive pressing and quick transitions. It is best suited for matches where the team needs to dominate the ball and pin the opponent back into their own half.
