Sparta Praha look to control games through high pressing and rapid transitions in a 3-4-3 formation. This lineup is built to stretch the opposition and win the ball back high up the pitch. The team relies on verticality to move from a mid-block into attack before the defense can settle.

Vindahl starts between the posts to organize the defensive unit. A back three provides a solid base with Sorensen acting as the central figure to sweep behind the line. Uchenna operates as the right centre-back to provide cover, while Martinec plays on the left. These defenders work to hold a high line and squeeze the space between the lines. The unit stays compact to deny the turn of any oncoming attackers.

The midfield works in a flat four to manage the center of the pitch. Kairinen and Sadílek form the central pairing to control the tempo and recycle possession. Kairinen uses his passing range to find teammates, while Sadílek helps to win the second ball. On the flanks, Kaděrábek and Ryneš act as wide midfielders who provide constant width. They are tasked to press aggressively in a mid-block and support the wingers during the build up.

Up front, Sparta Praha use three attackers to pin the last defender. Haraslín, the captain, plays on the left as an inverted winger who looks to cut inside and create chances. Birmančević stays wide on the right to stretch the defence and deliver crosses. Rrahmani acts as the lone striker, tasked to hold up the ball and make runs in behind. This front line works to press from the front and force a long ball from the opposition.

One major advantage of this formation is the ability to create wide overloads when the wingers and wide midfielders combine. The team can also use the three centre-backs to build out from the back effectively. Another strength is the capacity to press in coordinated waves, making it difficult for opponents to play out from the back. This makes Sparta Praha very dangerous when they win it back high up the pitch.

The 3-4-3 formation provides a balance of defensive solidity and attacking width. It is best suited for matches where the team needs to dominate possession and pin the opponent in their own half.
