Juventus Football Formation
Starting Lineup
79AX (KING) · RUFUS (DS) · MINE (MONSTER) · ADEM (RIPTIDE) · ORDER (SHADOW) · LYRIO (ACCEL) · PANDA (WT) · ARBI (SERP) · VOLLEYER (ACE) · SENJU (LL) · N/AJuventus operates with a high intensity game plan built around a 3-3-4 formation. This lineup is designed to attack with extreme verticality and heavy pressure. The main goal is to overload the opponent by committing massive numbers forward to win the ball back high up the pitch. By using this many players in the attacking zone, Juventus forces the opposition to stay deep and struggle with space.
79AX stays between the posts to command the area. The defensive unit works as a back three with ADEM on the left, RUFUS in the center, and MINE on the right. ADEM must be ready to cover the space left by the wide attackers, while MINE tracks runners coming from the flank. RUFUS sits in the middle to win the header and act as the primary ball playing defender to play out from the back. This back three must hold the line and stay compact to deny the turn when the team loses possession.
The midfield functions as a three man unit with a carrier and two supporting players. PANDA sits in the center to shield the defense and recycle possession when needed. To the left and right, LYRIO and ORDER work to connect the lines. LYRIO plays to win the second ball and press in a mid block, while ORDER looks to carry the ball forward into the final third. Together, they aim to squeeze the space and ensure the team does not get caught in the middle.
Up front, the team uses four attackers to stretch the defense. VOLLEYER and N/A lead the line as a central partnership. The former often looks to find the feet of his partner or hold up the ball, while N/A makes runs in behind to exploit gaps. On the wings, ARBI and SENJU play as wide wingers to provide width. ARBI stays wide to stretch the defense and deliver early crosses, while SENJU looks to cut inside and arrive late into the box. This formation creates constant movement and forces the opposition to defend against multiple threats.
One major advantage of this lineup is the ability to press high in coordinated waves. With four players leading the press, Juventus can trigger a press immediately after losing the ball. This creates a high chance of winning the ball back high up the pitch. Additionally, the team uses wide overloads to isolate wide players in one on one situations. When the full backs are not present, the wingers ARBI and SENJU can use their pace to beat defenders.
This 3-3-4 formation is built for total offensive dominance and aggressive pressing. It is the ideal way to face a team that sits deep and tries to defend a narrow area.
