Joshua Kimmich uses his passing range to find teammates across the pitch, while Leon Goretzka plays as an attacking midfielder to arrive late into the box and provide a physical presence.

The front line is built around a heavy four man attacking block. Harry Kane operates as a central striker who can drop deep to link up play between the lines. He is joined in the center by Serge Gnabry, who acts as a pressing centre forward to force long balls from the opposition. On the flanks, Luis Diaz and Michael Olise act as wide wingers to stretch the defence. Luis Diaz looks to cut inside and run at defenders, while Michael Olise can pull wide to whip it in or drive toward the box.

A major strength of this FC Bayern lineup is the immense numerical superiority in the attacking third. The presence of four dedicated attackers allows the team to pin the last defender and create multiple passing lanes through the middle.
