Sutton aims to play a high pressing and vertical game using a 4-2-4 formation. This lineup is built to stretch the pitch and attack with extreme aggression. The intention is to pin the opposition deep and use multiple attackers to create constant pressure in the final third.

אדי sits between the posts to manage the defensive line. The back four operates as a flat back four that pushes up to maintain a high line. איתמר acts as a ball playing defender on the right, while אליאס provides coverage in the left channel. אורי שטרית and עומרי act as full backs, tasked to overlap when the team has the ball or track back to stop breaks. The unit must hold the line together to avoid being caught in transition.

The midfield operates as a double pivot consisting of מאור and גיא. These two players work to shield the defense and win the second ball in the center of the pitch. מאור and גיא are responsible for recycling possession and driving forward to connect the defense to the front four. They must occupy the space between the lines to ensure the gap between the back four and the attackers remains small.

Sutton utilizes four attackers across the front to overwhelm the opposition. עמיר and ינון C occupy the wide areas, with ינון C acting as the captain to lead the press from the front. עמיר looks to cut inside to create chaos, while the two central forwards, עופרי and הייתם, act as a partnership. This duo focuses on runs in behind and link up play to split the defense. The attack is designed to move quickly in transition to hit the opposition back line before they can settle.

This formation offers significant advantages in terms of attacking numbers. Sutton can create wide overloads by using the full backs to support the wingers.
