Starting Lineup

Siam · Rakib · Najmul · Bokkar · Shakil · A.B.R · Sobuj · Al-amin · Sohag · Nirob · Jihad

A high press and rapid transition game defines this lineup using a 3-4-3 formation. This system is built to win the ball high up the pitch and strike quickly before the opposition can settle. The team looks to dominate the middle third and use the wide areas to stretch the defence, relying on aggressive movements to force turnovers.

Siam stays between the posts to organize the back line. The defensive unit operates as a back three, with Najmul acting as the central anchor to hold the line. Rakib and Bokkar operate as the wide centre-backs, tasked to cover the spaces left by the wing backs. They must stay compact to deny the turn to any oncoming attackers and are prepared to step up to catch opponents offside.

The midfield functions as a boxy unit to control the tempo. Shakil and A.B.R operate in the central engine room, where they work to press in a mid-block and win the second ball. Shakil looks to drive forward with the ball to connect the lines, while A.B.R stays slightly deeper to shield the defence. On the flanks, Sobuj and Al-amin act as wide midfielders who must track back to help the defenders but also push high to provide width.

The attacking unit uses three attackers to pin the last defender and create chaos. Nirob acts as a pressing centre-forward, constantly working to disrupt the opposition build up. Sohag and Jihad operate as wide wingers who cut inside to create central presence, leaving space for the midfielders to exploit. The goal is to use combinations in tight spaces and deliver early crosses into the box to find Nirob.

This formation offers great speed of transition and the ability to create wide overloads. By having Sobuj and Al-amin push high, the team can quickly switch play to isolate Jihad or Sohag in one on one situations. The presence of three central players in the defensive line provides compactness when defending against teams that play through the middle.

The 3-4-3 formation provides a heavy offensive presence that relies on winning the ball high up the pitch. It is best suited for games where the team needs to break down a low block through constant pressure.
