Focusing on high pressing and quick transitions, this team operates within a 4-3-3 formation. The lineup aims to win the ball high up the pitch and use the width of the field to stretch the opposition. This system is built to play a direct style of football that looks to hit the opponent on the transition before they can get organized.

Zaw Lu sits between the posts to command the area. The defensive unit operates as a flat back four to maintain compactness. Putranto acts as the left back, while Hyeonjae plays as the right back to provide width during attacks. In the center, Fabrice and Kromhout form the central pairing, with Fabrice acting as a ball playing defender to start attacks and Kromhout providing cover. The back four works to hold the line and set the offside trap when the team pushes forward.

The midfield is a three-man midfield with a single pivot acting as the anchor. Sönmez plays as the sitting midfielder to shield the defense and recycle possession. Next to him, Rethya and Sonya operate as the two central midfielders. Rethya works to drive forward with the ball and connect the lines, while Sonya is tasked to press aggressively to win the ball back in the middle third. This trio works together to compress the midfield and prevent opponents from playing through the center.

The attack features three attackers across the front to pin the last defender. Jaebin leads the line as a pressing centre-forward to disrupt the opposition build up. On the wings, Alejandro plays as a wide winger who hugs the touchline to create space in the middle. TBD occupies the right wing to provide more width or cut inside depending on the movement of the teammates. These forwards work to find the feet of the striker or make runs in behind to break the line.

The primary tactical advantages of this formation include the ability to press high in coordinated waves and create wide overloads. By using Putranto and Hyeonjae to overlap the wingers, the team can isolate wide players in one on one situations. Additionally, the presence of Sönmez allows the other midfielders to commit to the attack, ensuring the team can transition quickly from a defensive block to an attacking phase.

This 4-3-3 formation relies on high energy and quick vertical movements to overwhelm the opponent. It is best suited for games against teams that struggle to play out from the back or fail to manage wide spaces.
