Cimmaruta holds his position while Prisco looks to break the line with forward runs. On the flanks, Olivieri and D'Angelo act as wide midfielders who must track back to help the defense and push up to support the attack. They connect the back three to the front three, ensuring the team stays compact.

In the attacking third, Gorica leads the line as the lone striker. He works to hold up the ball and bring others into play. Borriello and Lo Scalzo play as wide attackers, often cutting inside to find space in the box. These players press the opposition defenders to force mistakes. Their movement creates gaps in the opponent's defense, allowing the wide midfielders to overlap or make runs into the half spaces.
