Michalak acts as the last line of defense in goal. Ahead of him, a flat back four provides the foundation for the team. Lawniczak and Ede operate as the central defenders, tasked with winning aerial duels and covering the space behind the midfield. On the flanks, Nowakiwski and Pila serve as full backs, who must balance their defensive duties with the need to push up and support the attack. This unit works to stay compact when the team drops back, ensuring the distance between the defense and the midfield stays small.

The midfield consists of a double pivot made up of Nowicki and Zurkowski. These two players hold the center of the pitch to shield the defense and prevent counter attacks. Nowicki and Zurkowski must work hard to intercept passes and quickly switch play to the wide areas. Their primary job is to win the ball and immediately find the front four, acting as the engine that connects the back line to the aggressive attacking unit.

Up front, the team uses two central forwards in Karasek and Makuch to lead the line. They occupy the central defenders and hold up the ball to allow others to run forward. On the wings, Aranguiz and Sosa operate as wide attackers to provide maximum width. Aranguiz and Sosa look to cut inside or stay wide to receive crosses from the full backs. The front four are expected to press the opposition defenders intensely, forcing mistakes through high intensity running.

Motor creates several tactical advantages with this aggressive setup. The primary strength lies in the ability to create wide overloads when Nowakiwski and Pila overlap with the wingers. Additionally, the presence of Karasek and Makuch creates constant central pressure, making it difficult for the opposition to build from the back.
