Motor plays a vertical style of football built to break lines quickly using a 4-3-3 formation. The goal is to win the ball and push forward immediately to catch the opposition out of position. This lineup focuses on quick transitions and direct play to exploit spaces behind the opponent defensive line.

Michalak stays between the posts to command the box and organize the back four. The defensive unit consists of a flat back four with Lawniczak acting as a ball playing defender on the left and Ede providing cover on the right. On the flanks, Nowacki and Pila work to protect the wide areas, with Nowacki often looking to overlap to provide crosses while Pila stays closer to the center to maintain a solid defensive block.

The midfield functions as a central engine designed to connect the back line to the attack. Nowicki and Stepien occupy the central roles to control the tempo and shield the defense, while Karasek operates in the attacking midfield role to drive forward and create chances. This trio works to intercept passes and quickly switch play to the wings, ensuring the team can move from a defensive position to an attacking one in seconds.

In the attacking third, the team uses three attackers to stretch the opponent. Kujalowicz and Hacini act as wide wingers, with Kujalowicz cutting inside to find shooting lanes and Hacini providing width on the right flank. Krol operates as a lone striker, tasked to hold up the ball and wait for support from the advancing midfielders. The front three press high to force mistakes and prevent the opposition from building from the back.

Motor gains a major advantage through the speed of transition when winning the ball in the middle third. By using Karasek to break the lines, the team can isolate wide players like Hacini and Kujalowicz in one on one situations against full backs. The coordination between the midfield trio and the front three allows for quick waves of pressure that can overwhelm a retreating defense.

This 4-3-3 formation relies on directness and high intensity to dominate the game. It is a lineup best suited for facing opponents that sit deep and struggle with rapid counter attacks.
