Starting Lineup

Grobelny · Zator · Marcjanik · Gojny · Sioibe · Nguiamba · Navarro · Vitalucci · Espiau · Szysz · Gaprindaszwili

Arka focuses on a direct and high pressing style of play using a 3-4-3 formation. This lineup aims to win the ball back quickly in the opponent half and transition into attack with speed. The team looks to dominate vertical spaces and use wide players to stretch the opposition.

Grobelny sits between the posts to command the penalty area. The defensive unit consists of a back three featuring Marcjanik, Zator, and Gojny. Marcjanik acts as the central anchor, while Zator and Gojny cover the wider channels to prevent crosses. These defenders must step up to squeeze the space when the team presses high or drop back to sit deep when the opposition breaks.

The midfield operates with two central players, Sioibe and Nguiamba, who work to control the middle of the pitch. Sioibe and Nguiamba must track back to support the defense and intercept passes before they reach the back three. On the flanks, Navarro and Gaprindaszwili act as wide midfielders, providing width and helping to cover the spaces behind the front three. This midfield unit connects the back line to the attack by recycling possession and breaking lines with forward passes.

Arka utilizes three attackers to pressure the opposition defense. Espiau operates as the lone striker to hold up the ball and occupy the center backs. On the wings, Szysz and Vitalucci look to cut inside or run into the channels to create scoring chances. These attackers must press the opposition defenders intensely to force mistakes and high turnovers.

This formation offers strong options for wide overloads when Navarro and Gaprindaszwili push forward to join the attackers. The presence of three central defenders provides stability when defending against crosses, allowing the team to remain compact in a mid block. Arka can also use the speed of transition to catch opponents out of position through Szysz and Vitalucci.

The 3-4-3 formation relies on intense pressing and rapid transitions to overwhelm the opposition. It is a setup best suited for games where the team needs to exploit spaces behind a high defensive line.
