In the center, Grabowski and Mroz must hold a high line to compress the pitch, with Mroz acting as the primary cover while Grabowski uses his strength to intercept passes and win aerial duels.

Nowicki and Jablonski act as the engine room, with the primary task of shielding the back four and breaking up play. Nowicki works to intercept the ball and immediately find the attackers, while Jablonski helps to connect the defense to the front line. This duo must cover a lot of ground to prevent the team from being caught on the break when the full backs push high.

Up front, the team utilizes four attackers to stretch the opposition defense. Kujalowicz and Hacini operate as wide wingers, looking to cut inside or deliver crosses into the box. Dziegielewski and Kozioł act as the two central strikers, working together to occupy the central defenders. Dziegielewski is tasked with holding up the ball to bring others into play, while Kozioł makes runs to break the line. The front four press in coordinated waves to prevent the opponent from building out from the back.

This formation offers significant advantages in transition and offensive pressure. The presence of four attackers creates immediate numerical superiority in the box, often overwhelming the opponent's backline.
