Arka prioritizes a heavy high press and rapid verticality, operating through a 3-4-3 formation. This lineup aims to win the ball high up the pitch and quickly move it into the final third to catch the opposition out of position. Weglarz stays between the posts to organize the back line. The defensive unit relies on a back three consisting of Marcjanik, Zator, and Hermoso. Marcjanik and Zator provide the physical presence needed to win headers, while Hermoso acts as a ball playing defender to start attacks from deep. This trio works to maintain a high line to squeeze the play, forcing opponents into wide areas where they can be trapped.

In the middle of the park, the team uses a midfield four that functions as a block to control the center. Nguiamba and Jakubczyk sit in the central roles to shield the defenders and break the line with their passing.
