Spagnulo · Nardello · Dradi · Biondi · Campidonico · Giorgis · Romanzini · Gori · Beretti · Bellucco · Selvaggi

Aiming to dominate through high pressing and verticality, this team operates in a 4-3-3 formation. The goal is to win the ball high up the pitch and break quickly to catch the opposition before they can settle. This lineup is built to control the tempo through aggressive ball recovery and rapid transitions from the middle third into the attacking zone.

Spagnulo stays between the posts to organize the defensive line. A flat back four provides the foundation, with Biondi acting as an attacking full back on the right to provide width. Campidonico covers the left side, while Nardello and Dradi operate as the central defenders. Nardello and Dradi focus on holding the line and defending zonally to ensure the team remains compact. When the team pushes up, the defenders must stay connected to manage the space behind them.

The midfield works as a three man midfield with a carrier to link the units. Giorgis plays as a single pivot to shield the defence and pick up runners in front of the back four. Romanzini and Gori operate in the half spaces to connect the defensive and attacking lines. Romanzini looks to recycle possession and find the feet of the striker, while Gori drives forward with the ball to create overloads. This trio works to compress the midfield and force long balls from the opponent.

In the final third, the team uses three attackers across the front to stretch the defence. Bellucco plays as an inverted winger on the left to cut inside and create chances, while Beretti stays wide on the right to deliver early crosses. Selvaggi acts as a lone striker, tasked to hold up the ball and pin the last defender. The front three work together to press from the front, attempting to trigger a press as soon as the opponent tries to play out from the back.

This 4-3-3 offers several tactical advantages. The team can create wide overloads by having Biondi and Beretti push up together. There is also a strong ability to press high in coordinated waves, using the front three to squeeze the space. If the opposition tries to play through the middle, the presence of Giorgis provides a central block to deny the turn and intercept passes.

This formation is built for an aggressive, high intensity game. It is best suited for facing teams that struggle to play under pressure and leave space behind their defensive line.
