Motor aims to dominate through high pressing and quick verticality in a 4-3-3. This lineup relies on winning the ball high up the pitch to catch opponents out of position. The team looks to play direct football by moving the ball quickly from the middle to the wings to stretch the opposition.

KOWALCZYK stands between the posts to organize the defensive unit. The back line works as a flat back four with MIKOLAJCZYK and MONTANARI providing width. MIKOLAJCZYK can push up to overlap and deliver crosses while MONTANARI provides cover on the left side. In the center, GRABOWSKI and CIESLAK act as the primary blockers to stop any runs through the middle. They must step up to catch attackers offside or drop deep to protect the space behind them.

The midfield operates with a combination of two central players and an attacking ten. BIANCO and STEPIEN sit in the middle to shield the defense and break up play. BIANCO works to intercept passes and drop into pockets of space, while STEPIEN drives forward to connect the lines. JAWORSKI plays in the advanced role to create chances and find pockets between the opponent's midfield and defense. This trio works to control the tempo and switch play to the wide areas.

In the final third, the team uses three attackers to pin the opposition back. KOZIOL leads the line as a lone striker, tasked to hold up the ball and bring others into play. HACINI and KUJALOWICZ operate as wide attackers who look to cut inside and threaten the goal. They use their movement to create space for the midfielders to run into. The forwards must press hard as a unit to prevent the opposition from building out from the back.

One major advantage for Motor is the ability to create wide overloads when the full backs join the attack. When MIKOLAJCZYK pushes high, HACINI can move into central areas to create a numerical superiority in the box. Another strength is the ability to press high in coordinated waves, using JAWORSKI and the front three to force turnovers in dangerous areas. This creates immediate chances for KOZIOL to finish in the box.
