Seeking to dominate games through high pressing and quick transitions, this team operates within a 3-4-3 formation. The lineup is built to squeeze the pitch and win the ball back high up the pitch to catch opponents out of position. This system relies on heavy intensity to overwhelm the opposition in their own half.

Pascal plays between the posts to organize the back line. The defensive unit uses a back three consisting of Stan, Lienel, and Hakim. Lienel acts as the central defender to hold the line, while Stan and Hakim provide cover on either side. The defenders must step up together to set the offside trap and ensure the distance between the lines stays small. This back three works to defend zonally and ensure they stay compact when the opposition tries to play through the middle.

The midfield uses a wide four to control the tempo and provide width. Shawn and Luigi occupy the central spaces to control the middle of the pitch. Luigi works to connect the defensive and attacking lines, while Shawn looks to win the second ball and carry the ball forward. On the flanks, Torry and Ravin operate as wide midfielders to provide constant width. Torry and Ravin must track back to support the defenders and prevent being overloaded on the wings. This midfield block helps the team recycle possession and shift from a mid-block to a high press quickly.

In the final third, the team utilizes three attackers to stretch the defence. Fabrice leads the line as a pressing centre-forward to pin the last defender. Dahan and Tiphano play as wide attackers, with Dahan on the left and Tiphano on the right. Dahan often looks to cut inside to create central overloads, while Tiphano uses his pace to stay wide and pull defenders out of position. The forwards work in combinations to find pockets of space, using quick passes to split the defence with a through ball.

The tactical advantages of this formation include the ability to press high in coordinated waves to force a long ball from the opponent. By using wide midfielders like Torry and Ravin, the team creates wide overloads that force the opposition to pull players out of the middle. This movement creates space for Shawn and Luigi to play through the lines. Additionally, the presence of three attackers makes it difficult for a standard back four to defend against the constant movement.

This 3-4-3 formation is designed for a high tempo game that prioritizes aggressive ball recovery. It is best suited for matches against teams that struggle to play out from the back under heavy pressure.
