The lineup focuses on winning the ball high up the pitch to catch the opposition out of position. By utilizing wide attackers and a strong central presence, the side aims to dominate territory and keep the play moving forward quickly.

Senna sits between the posts to command the area and organize the back line. The defensive unit uses a flat back four to manage space and control the width of the pitch. Ruby and Eline operate as the central defenders, with Ruby playing as the right sided center back and Eline covering the left. Isa acts as the right back to provide width, while Milou plays as the left back to help maintain the defensive line. This unit works to hold a compact shape when the ball is lost and aims to push up to support the midfield.

In the center of the pitch, Anne plays as the single pivot to shield the defense and recycle possession. Nova and Fleur occupy the left and right central midfield roles, acting as two advanced eightes to connect the play. Anne stays deeper to deny the pivot of the opposition, while Nova and Fleur work to press aggressively to win the ball high up the pitch. They are responsible for driving forward with the ball and playing through the lines to reach the front three.

The attack relies on a three player front line to stretch the defense. Feline plays as the lone striker, acting as a pressing centre forward to force the opposition back line into mistakes. On the wings, Fenne plays as the left winger and Sara plays as the right winger, both ready to cut inside and create threats. The movement of Fenne and Sara is designed to create space for Nova and Fleur to arrive late into the box. Feline works to hold up the ball and link up play between the lines to allow the wide players to attack the near post or far post.

One major strength of this formation is the ability to press high in coordinated waves to force a long ball from the opponent. The team can also create wide overloads when Isa or Milou overlap the winger to pin the last defender. This creates numerical superiority in the attacking third and forces the opposition to defend deep in their own half.
