Vitória aims to play a high press and use verticality to catch opponents off guard. This is achieved through a 3-4-3 formation that relies on intense running and quick transitions. The lineup pushes the opposition back into their own half by using width and heavy pressure in the final third.

Lucas Arcanjo sits behind a back three to command the defensive area. Camutanga acts as the central anchor while Patryck plays as the left-sided center back to cover the flank. L. Halter occupies the right side of the defensive trio. The defensive unit works to step up and intercept passes before the opponent can build play. When the team sits deep, the three defenders hold a compact line to prevent runs between the lines.

The midfield relies on a central duo to control the middle of the pitch. D. Augusto (C) plays as a captain to drive the team forward and connect the defense to the attack. Baralhas works alongside him to shield the back three and break up play. On the flanks, Capixaba and Erick act as wide midfielders who provide the team with width. They must track back to help the defense and push up to support the attackers when the team wins the ball.

The attacking line uses three forwards to stretch the opposition defense. R. Kayser plays as the lone striker to hold up the ball and provide a focal point for long passes. E. Reynoso and Victor Sá operate as wide attackers who look to cut inside and create chances. These players press high to force mistakes from the opposition defenders. The goal is to create space in the channels through constant movement and runs behind the defensive line.

Vitória finds success by using wide overloads through the work of Capixaba and Erick. This creates numerical superiority in the wide areas, allowing the team to cross into the box. The ability to press high in coordinated waves also forces many turnovers in dangerous positions. The speed of transition from a defensive block to a central attack makes this team very difficult to manage.

This 3-4-3 formation is built for aggressive, high energy football. It is best suited for matches where Vitória can exploit the space left behind an advancing opponent.
