The midfield works as a flat four to provide protection in front of the defenders. Bellver and Henry H. occupy the central roles to shield the back line and intercept passes. Bellver focuses on breaking up play while Henry H. looks to connect the lines by moving the ball from the defense to the attackers. On the edges of this block, Mariña and Skopal operate as wide midfielders who must tuck inside to help the center and then sprint wide to support the wing backs.

In the attacking phase, the team relies on a lone striker, Delfí Cruz, to lead the line. Delfí Cruz must hold up the ball to allow the midfield to move up the pitch. The attack is built through quick transitions where Mariña and Skopal look to cross the ball into the box or drive inside to create space.
