This lineup is built to sit deep and absorb pressure before hitting the opposition in behind. By using three central defenders and two wing backs, the team looks to control the central lanes while leaving space for quick breaks.

Mumut stays between the posts to command the area. The defensive unit functions as a back five, featuring Kilin as the central figure to organize the line. Fauzan acts as the right centre back to cover the space when the wing back moves up, while Ingah sits as the left centre back to provide balance. The wing backs, Icap on the right and Rafli on the left, act as attacking outlets. They are expected to push high to provide width but must track back to form a narrow defensive block when the opposition has the ball.

The midfield consists of a three-man midfield with a carrier and an attacking ten. Abil and Razan sit in the middle to protect the back line and win the second ball. Abil works to shield the defence, while Razan looks to carry the ball forward to progress through the thirds. Tira plays as an attacking ten behind the strikers, looking to find the feet of the forwards or play through the lines. One clear tactical advantage is the ability to create wide overloads when Icap and Rafli push up to support the wingers.
