Focusing on high intensity and verticality, the team operates with a 3-5-2 formation. This lineup is built to dominate the middle of the pitch and use quick transitions to catch opponents off guard. By controlling the central areas, the team aims to win the ball high up the pitch and immediately look to exploit space behind the opposition defense.

Romano sits between the posts to command his area. The defensive unit operates with a back three featuring Mollica, Intzidis, and Brugaletta. Mollica and Brugaletta act as the wide centre-backs to cover the channels when the midfield pushes forward. Intzidis anchors the center, looking to win the header and clear the lines when under pressure. This back three functions to stay compact and prevent any direct runs through the middle, ensuring the team holds a strong defensive block.

The midfield acts as the engine room using a three-man midfield with a central carrier, Valenca, who sits to shield the defense. To his left and right, Asero and Alioto work to win the second ball and drive forward with the ball into the final third. This central group is supported by two attacking midfielders, Cappello and Sessa, who operate in the half-spaces. Cappello and Sessa press aggressively to win the ball high up the pitch, acting as the bridge between the central block and the forwards.

In the final third, the team employs two forwards in a partnership with Belluso and Bonanno leading the line. Belluso and Bonanno work closely to link up play between the lines, often using quick one-two combinations to pull defenders out of position. They press from the front to force a long ball from the opposition. The movement of Cappello and Sessa allows them to arrive late into the box, creating extra passing lanes and making it difficult for the opposition to mark everyone.
