JEAN acts as the last line of defense, sweeping behind a back four that stays relatively high up the pitch. JACOBO and DIEGO operate as the central pair, where JACOBO provides cover while DIEGO focuses on winning duels. On the flanks, MËRGIM and ÁLEX act as wide defenders who push high to provide width. This movement allows the defenders to overlap and support the attack, while the central duo must step up to intercept long balls and maintain the high line.

The midfield operates with a mix of roles to control the center of the park. LUCAS and MÁXIMO occupy the central positions to shield the defense and recycle possession. NICO plays as an attacking midfielder, pushing into the pockets of space between the opposition midfield and defense to create chances. This trio works to connect the back line to the front three, with MÁXIMO and LUCAS often dropping deep to help build play from the back when the team needs to retain the ball.

In the attacking phase, the team employs three dedicated forwards to stretch the opposition. ASSANE and JESÚS operate as wide attackers, with ASSANE looking to cut inside and JESÚS seeking to find space on the wing. ANASTASIOS leads the line as a lone striker, tasked to hold up the ball and bring others into play. One major advantage for Como is the ability to create wide overloads through the overlapping runs of MËRGIM and ÁLEX. This forces opposing wingers to track back and creates 2v1 situations on the flanks. Furthermore, the central presence of NICO allows the team to achieve numerical superiority in the final third, making it difficult for opponents to mark everyone during transitions.
