Focusing on a high press and quick transitions, this lineup uses a 4-3-3 formation. The team aims to win it back high up the pitch to catch opponents off guard. This tactical setup is built to stretch the defence and create chances through rapid movement in the final third.

Matheus acts as the last line of defence in goal. The back four functions as a zonal line to manage space. Isaac plays as the left back and can push up to support the attack, while Nabil operates on the right. In the center, Sergi and Julián form the pair of central defenders, tasked to hold the line and clear the lines when under pressure. They must stay compact to prevent runners from slipping through.

The midfield operates as a three man midfield with a carrier and an attacking ten behind the striker. Sabit and Tomás occupy the central roles, where Sabit acts to shield the defence and Tomás drives forward with the ball. Davy plays as the attacking ten, sitting in the hole to connect the lines and find the feet of the striker. This trio works to compress the midfield and win the second ball to keep the pressure on the opposition.

Up front, the team utilizes three attackers across the front. Sandro acts as the lone striker, working to hold up the ball and pin the last defender. Léo plays as the left winger, often looking to cut inside, while Cédric stays wide on the right to stretch the pitch. These forwards are instructed to press from the front to force a long ball from the opposition. The goal is to create runs in behind and use cutbacks from the byline to find Sandro.

One major advantage of this formation is the ability to press high in coordinated waves, using Davy and the front three to squeeze the space. The team also finds success through wide overloads when Isaac and Léo combine to overload the left flank. This creates space for Sabit or Tomás to arrive late into the box and exploit the central area.

The team relies on intense pressure and quick verticality to break down opponents. This formation is best suited for matches against sides that struggle to play out from the back.
