This lineup focuses on overwhelming the opposition in the final third and winning the ball back quickly after a loss. Ebenezer sits between the posts to manage the defensive unit from the back. The back line consists of just two central defenders, Vikator and Garashil, who must remain highly disciplined to prevent long balls from breaking the line. These two must cover large spaces and use their positioning to intercept passes while the rest of the team pushes up. Because there are only two defenders, they often have to step up to meet attackers early to avoid being caught in a footrace.

Control of the middle relies on a four man midfield that connects the defense to the attack. Maksym acts as the lone defensive screen to shield the two center backs and break up play. Klemens and Bożydar operate in the central spaces to drive forward and support the press. Arvile sits further up as an attacking midfielder to link the central players with the front four. This midfield group must work hard to track back and cover the massive gaps left behind when the team loses possession.

The attacking force is built around four players who stay high to pin the opposition back. Maciej and Walentyn occupy the wide areas as wingers to provide width and cross the ball into the box. Włodzimierz and Nelosław operate as a strike duo in the center to hold up the ball and finish chances. These four forwards press in coordinated waves to force mistakes from the opponent's defenders and keep the play in the attacking third.

Arka gains significant advantages through wide overloads and numerical superiority in the attacking zones. The presence of Maciej and Walentyn allows the team to stretch the defense, creating gaps in the middle for Arvile to exploit. The formation also enables high pressing in coordinated waves, which can force turnovers very close to the opponent's goal. This makes the team extremely dangerous during transitions when the opposition is disorganized.
