Focusing on quick transitions and a compact defensive unit, this team operates in a 3-5-2 formation. The lineup is built to dominate the central areas of the pitch while using the wing backs to provide width during the attacking phase. This system relies on winning the second ball and moving forward with speed once possession is regained.

DI PAOLA guards the goal as the lone goalkeeper. The back three consists of ADAMO acting as the central defender, while LAMPO and LO BOSCO operate as the left and right wide centre-backs. ADAMO holds the line to provide stability, while LAMPO and LO BOSCO step up to squeeze the space or cover the wide areas when the wing backs push high. This unit functions to protect the central zone and force opponents to play wide.

A heavy central presence defines the midfield through a combination of a double pivot and three advanced players. PIPITONE and CARONIA form the double pivot to shield the defence and recycle possession. They are supported by MUSSO and TARANTINO, who occupy the half spaces to connect the defensive and attacking lines. DI MATTEO plays as an attacking ten behind the strikers to create chances. This group works to press in a mid-block and win the ball high up the pitch to start quick attacks.

The attack features a partnership of two forwards, FRISELLA and BAH, who work together to pin the last defender. FRISELLA leads the line as the primary striker, while BAH plays as a second striker to find pockets of space between the lines. They press from the front to force a long ball from the opposition. The movement is designed to create runs in behind and allow the midfielders to arrive late into the box to support the goal threat.
