Jusuf is tasked with pushing forward to support the attack, while Emir must track back to ensure the team maintains its defensive block. A central midfield three manages the engine room of the formation. Otar operates in the attacking midfield role, looking to break the line with clever passes and drive into pockets of space. Stefan and Tomi work as the central midfielders, tasked with protecting the zone in front of the defense. They must hold their positions to shield the back five while also being ready to transition into the attack. This trio connects the defensive unit to the front line through quick short passing and ball retention.

The attacking force relies on two strikers to lead the press and finish chances. Maurice and Seedy operate as the two forwards, working in tandem to stretch the opposition back line. One major advantage of this formation is the ability to create wide overloads through the movement of Emir and Jusuf. When the wing backs overlap, they force the opposition to pull players out of position, leaving gaps in the center.
