The midfield operates as a three man midfield with a carrier to move the ball through the thirds. Abdalatif and Khalifa work to occupy the central zones, with one often dropping deeper to shield the defence while the other looks to drive forward with the ball. M. Alkhatim, the captain, plays as the attacking ten behind the strikers. He is tasked to find the feet of the striker and connect the defensive and attacking lines by operating in the pockets of space between the opposition midfield and defence.

In the final third, the team utilizes two forwards in a partnership to stretch the defence. M. Abdallah and Hisham work together to pin the last defender and make runs in behind. M. Abdallah often drops slightly deeper to link up play, while Hisham stays higher to contest long balls. The wing backs, Mirgany and Naji, are expected to overlap the winger or push high to deliver crosses into the box, creating a sense of width that complements the central presence of the two strikers.
