Starting Lineup

DSAVED · SAVO · Ben O’Brien · Divin · Nosa Iggz (C) · Leon · David Agbo · Marvin · Iminu · Kian · Joey

This team relies on high pressing and rapid transitions using a 3-4-3 formation. The lineup is built to squeeze the pitch and hunt for the ball high up the pitch to catch opponents out of position. By using a heavy presence in the attacking third, the team looks to play through the lines and attack with verticality.

DSAVED acts as the last line of defense in goal. The defensive unit operates with a back three consisting of Joey, Ben O’Brien, and SAVO. Ben O’Brien sits centrally to organize the line, while Joey and SAVO cover the wider areas. This defensive unit can step up to set the offside trap or drop into a low block when under pressure. They focus on winning the second ball and clearing the lines to prevent any direct attacks from getting through.

The midfield is a busy engine room featuring a central pairing and an advanced attacking ten. Nosa Iggz (C) leads the group as captain, working to protect the middle and connect the defense to the attack. Nosa Iggz (C) and Iminu work to compress the midfield, while Divin drives forward to help progress through the thirds. Leon plays as an advanced midfielder behind the striker, looking to find pockets of space and arrive late into the box to support the front three.

The attack utilizes three forwards to stretch the defense across the width of the pitch. Kian stays wide on the left to pull defenders out of position, while Marvin operates on the right to cut inside and create threats. David Agbo acts as the central striker, tasked to hold up the ball and find the feet of the striker when others make runs. This front line is designed to press from the front, forcing the opposition to play long balls that the back three can intercept.

One major advantage is the ability to press high in coordinated waves, with Leon and the front three leading the charge. The formation also allows for wide overloads if the midfielders push higher to support the wingers. This creates constant pressure on the opponent's back line, making it difficult for them to build play from the back.

The 3-4-3 formation focuses on high intensity and aggressive hunting in the opponent's half. It is best suited for games where the team wants to dominate possession and exploit gaps in a high defensive line.
