On the wings, Cristian and Mateo provide width and verticality. Cristian often looks to cut inside to create passing lanes, while Mateo uses his pace to run behind the defense. Their movement is designed to create space for Michel to operate in the central zone.

This formation offers several tactical advantages during a match. The team can create wide overloads when Iago or Gilberto overlap their respective wingers. Additionally, the positioning of Michel and the three forwards allows the team to press high in coordinated waves, making it very difficult for opponents to build play from the back.
