Starting Lineup

Bengaluru operates with a 3-3-4 formation that leans into a high press and heavy verticality. The CAM operates as a central creator behind the ST, who focuses on holding up the ball and making runs into the box. On the flanks, the RCM and LCM act as wide attackers to stretch the opposition. These players look to cut inside and create passing lanes for the central players. The front four are tasked with pressing the opponent defenders intensely to force errors.

One major advantage is the ability to create wide overloads through the LWB and RWB as they push forward. This puts immense pressure on the opposition full backs. Another strength is the heavy pressure in the final third, where the CAM, RCM, LCM, and ST can squeeze the opponent into making mistakes. This allows for rapid transitions and quick goals.
